Rates
The Psychologists' Association of Alberta's recommended rate for individual psychotherapy services is $180.00 per hour. Amanda Slugoski's standard rate ranges from $155.00 to $180.00 per hour, depending upon individual circumstances.
Generally speaking, couples counselling sessions are an additional $25.00 per hour and equine-assisted psychotherapy sessions are an additional $35.00 per session. Please note that this additional fee is constant across all rates, including sliding scale rates.
Sliding Scales
Equinox Therapeutic also offers a sliding scale that is available according to the chart below, should you choose to provide proof of your previous year's income according to Revenue Canada.

Fees are to be paid in full at the time of each appointment. Additionally, fees may be charged for reports and letters written on behalf of clients.
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel an appointment. As the appointment is reserved exclusively for you, in the event that notice is not given, the established hourly fee will be charged. Certain exceptions will be made in the event of emergency cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances.
Fees for corporate development workshops are available upon request, as consideration of your group’s needs will determine the workshop fee.
